oh beautiful cliche, it now seems, has become a cliche; a thing of the past, if you will. no, no we are not breaking up or anything of that sort, but we haven't played in a looooong time, and no cds have been made recently....ALL THAT, UNTIL NOW!!!

yes, it's true. oh beautiful cliche is making their triumphant return as the kings of careless and catchy rock 'n roll.

our first cd in almost 2 years is about to be released. it will have a total of 12 (TWELVE!!) tracks and will be a real-live, actual, cool-looking cd, with cover art and packaging and other such things.

now, i know no one really cares because we hardly ever play shows and we really don't have any fans. but all that is about to change! i mean, at least the playing shows part.

MARCH 5 will mark the comeback of OBC, as our presence will grace the stage of the great Out Da Box in Fairborn, OH. admission will be 5 bucks, i think, and we promise to rock your black socks off (we don't rock white socks).

so even though no one ever comes to this wonderful website of ours, come and see us anyway. chances are you'll have a hootinanny of a time.
